- Displacement = π × (bore ÷ 2)² × stroke × number of cylinders
- Engine size is commonly measured in cubic centimeters (cc), cubic inches (ci), or liters (L).
- 1 liter = 1,000 cubic centimeters = 61.024 cubic inches
- Larger displacement generally produces more power but may consume more fuel.
